Executive training that reshapes how leaders think and act
Our masterclasses go beyond theory. We work with senior professionals to build the practical capabilities that drive organisations forward — from boardroom negotiations to enterprise-wide transformation.
Programmes built for the challenges you actually face
Each masterclass is designed around real business pressures, not textbook exercises. Choose a focus area or let us build a bespoke curriculum for your leadership team.
Strategic decision-making
Develop frameworks for high-stakes choices under uncertainty. We cover cognitive bias, scenario planning and structured deliberation techniques that senior leaders can apply immediately to capital allocation, M&A evaluation and market entry decisions.
Executive communication
Master the art of influence at board level. This programme covers investor narratives, crisis communication, stakeholder alignment and the subtle dynamics of persuasion that separate effective executives from merely competent ones.
Transformation leadership
Lead change without losing your organisation's trust. We address restructuring, digital transformation and culture shifts through a lens of practical psychology, stakeholder mapping and phased implementation planning.
Financial acumen for non-finance leaders
Understand the numbers that drive your business. This programme gives operational and technical leaders the financial literacy to challenge budgets, interpret management accounts and contribute meaningfully to investment committees.
Cross-functional collaboration
Break down silos between departments. Through facilitated simulations and real case studies, participants learn how to align competing priorities, negotiate resource sharing and build the lateral relationships that accelerate execution.
Bespoke leadership retreats
Intensive two- or three-day off-site programmes tailored to your organisation's specific strategic challenges. We design every session around your context, your data and your team dynamics to deliver lasting behavioural change.
Four steps from enquiry to impact
Our process is designed to minimise disruption to your schedule while maximising the relevance of every session.
1
Discovery conversation
We listen to your goals, your team composition and the business context before proposing anything. This call typically lasts 30 minutes and is completely free of obligation.
2
Curriculum design
Our facilitators build a bespoke programme outline, selecting from our library of modules and adapting case studies to your industry. You review and refine until the content feels precisely right.
3
Delivery
Sessions are delivered on-site, at our Northern Ireland venue or virtually. Group sizes are capped at twelve to ensure every participant receives individual attention and feedback.
4
Follow-through
Each participant receives a personal action plan. We schedule a 60-day check-in to review progress, troubleshoot obstacles and reinforce key behaviours.
What changes after working with us
Our participants report measurable shifts within weeks of completing a programme. Here is what they consistently highlight:
Faster, more confident decision-making under pressure with fewer escalation loops
Sharper communication that aligns boards, investors and operational teams
Stronger cross-functional relationships that reduce internal friction
Greater financial literacy among non-finance executives, improving budget discussions
A personal development plan that keeps growth going long after the programme ends
Frequently asked questions
Practical answers to the things prospective clients ask most often.
Most of our standard masterclasses run for one or two full days. Bespoke leadership retreats extend to three days. We also offer modular formats spread across several weeks, with half-day sessions that fit around busy executive calendars.
Absolutely. We have delivered virtual programmes for distributed teams across multiple time zones since 2020. Our virtual format uses breakout rooms, live polling and asynchronous pre-work to maintain the engagement levels of in-person delivery.
We cap groups at twelve participants to ensure meaningful interaction and individual coaching. For larger cohorts, we run parallel streams with dedicated facilitators so that quality is never diluted.
We have delivered programmes across 38 sectors including financial services, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services and the public sector. Our facilitators adapt case studies and examples to your industry context.
Every facilitator has a minimum of fifteen years of senior leadership experience, complemented by recognised coaching accreditations. Several hold MBAs from leading business schools and have published research in leadership journals.
We quote per programme rather than per head, which means adding participants within our cap does not increase the fee. After the discovery conversation, you receive a transparent proposal with no hidden costs.
